With over 15 years of experience in non-profit management, branding, marketing, and international business partnerships, Her Imperial Majesty Empress Myishola Matthews is the Obabirin of The Ishola Empire, a nation and NGO that assists developing countries with sustainable growth.

Currently, Her Imperial Majesty serves as Special Envoy to the United Nations for the African Diaspora Collective North and South America Embassy. Additionally she is a member of C20 for G20, taking an active role in policy writing in Gender Equality, Human Rights, Education and Culture. The Empress also leads the Women in Politics Task Force as Focal Point.

A member of The United Nations Small Islands and Developing Nations Network as well as the United Nations Fashion and Lifestyle Network, Empress Myishola creates programming in support of the Sustainable Development Goals.

She leads six ministries that span across 11 countries, providing free education, healthcare, mental health services, employment opportunities, and business development programs for the good of all.

Myishola's mission is to create lasting positive change by empowering women and girls, giving them an equal opportunity to succeed in life. She has founded four tuition-free schools, a no-cost holistic clinic, and spearheaded a free global gardening initiative, earning her multiple prestigious awards, including a Proclamation Day from The State of Texas, Business Woman of the Year, and The President's Lifetime Achievement Award. She is also an accomplished author of three books, on branding, book writing and emotional intelligence, sharing her expertise and insights with a wider audience.
